Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to "Order History."
  • Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 3: Choose the reason for your return and select the return method (e.g., pickup or drop-off at a return centre).
  • Step 4: Print your return label (if applicable) and follow the instructions provided.

Return Methods

  • Mail-in Return: Use the return shipping label provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Drop-off Locations: You can return your items to any authorized return location. Details will be available at checkout or in your return instructions.
  • Pickup Services: If available, you may schedule a pickup for your return at no extra cost if the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediate of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If a return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees
